I am involved in Executive Production, working in close contact with the Organisation for Everything concerned with the bureaucratic side of things before filming starts:

• Contact with various Institutions, Local authorities and businesses for any required authorisation

• Contracts and agreements with hotels for actors and troupes

• Contracts and agreements with catering and restaurants each dealt with to personalise requirements

• Support and back up to technical and artistic personnel resident in the area for the various departments: scriptwriters, interior designers and stage decorators, make-up artists, hairdressers, costume designers, wardrobe managers, dressmakers, electricians, production assistants, runners, drivers…

• Organisation and preparation of all the necessary work permits for minors and foreigners

• Contact with local suppliers for day to day necessities and any emergencies called for by the above departments
